Course Access and Enrollment

We do not guarantee that course content will meet your specific requirements or that your use of the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Payment Terms

Certain services and courses on our platform require payment. All fees are stated in Euro and are subject to applicable taxes. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account and any applicable taxes.

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided for existing subscriptions.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific course or service purchased. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before significant course progress has been made.

To request a refund, contact us at support@rihexio.pro with your order details and reason for the request. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow you to submit comments, questions, reviews, or other content. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Yarkenu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting our platform.

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights and does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms of Use or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarkenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the platform
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted or shared through the platform

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Yarkenu in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yarkenu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@rihexio.pro. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Assignment

Waiver
